Shipping

Ivy Auragämi does domestic and international shipping. The estimated date to receive an item is calculated by the availability of an item and the shipping option chosen by the customer (weekends are not included within the shipping time frame). Weekday orders are prepared after 3PM (EST), weekend orders are prepared after 10AM (EST) and are sent off for delivery ASAP. Since Ivy Auragämi is CT based, customers located in close proximity to our business may receive a personal delivery by the owner herself! Expect each ordered item to be packaged with love, care, and good intent! 

Returns

Items can only be returned if they were received damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered. Aura eggs cannot be returned unless cracked or broken due to their metaphysical properties.  Ivy Auragämi wants to ensure that EVERY customer has a satisfying experience with us! Therefore, if there was an era on our end (wrong number of items, item not received, etc) contact us, and we will accommodate your wishes in the best way we can. Customers have up to 10-20 days of delivery date to return their item that meets the requirements above for a refund. Refunds are to be handled by sending a message to IvyAuragami@gmail.com. An item cannot be refunded if a customer disliked their experience.

Exchanges: If an item was defective or damaged and you would like to purchase another item at a discounted price you may also send a message to Ivyauragami@gmail.com *Must send an image of proof*
