How do we V-steam?

We require a short in-depth consultation in regards to one’s menstrual cycle, symptoms, and sensitivities to pick the best herbal blend for your V-steaming experience. If there are no strong contraindications that would deny your ability to V-steam (no call from our practitioner), you will then move forward in attending the appointment you scheduled!

We use hand-made padded saunas made out of pearl vinyl and wood to ensure comfort from the beginning to the end of your V-steaming experience. Our saunas are made compatible to 250 lbs weight capacity.
